As each day passes I work at doing the right thing. I find it surprisingly easy to follow. I like that they don't restrict you so far that you feel hungry all the time. I notice it is about making the right choices to choose foods that keep you feeling full longer or better. Cottage cheese is surprises me how filling it is. Have you found foods that you love that fill you up without being awful for you?
