Good Week

It is funny to think that, "man I am following things, how can I not be losing weight???" I know that it is going to take more than just a day but come on already!



This picture portrays how I was feeling as of late. Which is funny how even though I was staying the same then had .4 loss last week I have been feeling SO down about my plateau so to go in to my meeting this morning I am sure you can imagine my surprise to hear loss of 6.6 WOOHOO!
