How did YOUR Friday go?

I felt thick and as someone else said at our meeting today "I can see why an anorexic or bulemic person always feels like they're fat." I guess I can relate too. I woke up this morning and all I wished was that I had a potty before our meeting. Sorry, TMI! Anyway but I had to laugh at myself because I had GREAT results at the meeting. I am only 7.8 pounds away from hitting my 10% goal now WOOHOO! Hope you had some great news today too!
